BlockWise is a platform from SpaceNet-IT, built to give leaseholders, resident groups and estate committees the clarity and structure they need to engage confidently with service charges and managing agents.
Why we built it
Service charges on modern residential estates can run to hundreds of thousands — or even millions — of pounds a year. Yet the documents behind them are often long, technical and difficult to compare year to year. For most leaseholders, understanding the detail is a part-time job they never asked for.
BlockWise grew out of real-world leaseholder mobilisation work, where residents on a large estate organised to push for transparency, accountability and better communication. The lesson was simple: when residents have the right information and a shared place to work, they engage far more effectively.
We built BlockWise to make that the norm — combining AI document analysis with a calm, structured workspace for issues, evidence and action plans.
