Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

The terms governing your use of BlockWise. Please read them carefully.

These terms form an agreement between you and SpaceNet-IT Ltd (“we”, “us”) governing your use of BlockWise (the “service”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

Not legal advice

BlockWise provides information, analysis and advisory workflow support — not legal advice. AI-generated summaries, suggested questions and action plans are tools to help you understand documents and organise your response. They may contain errors and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. For decisions with legal consequences, seek independent professional advice.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service (including sending document text to an AI provider for summarisation where enabled). We claim no ownership of your documents.

Subscriptions and billing

Availability

We aim to keep BlockWise available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI output or other content in the service, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
